: Nokia SDM Integration & Deployment Engineer

Role Summary The Nokia SDM Integration & Deployment Engineer is responsible for installing, configuring, integrating, and testing Nokia Subscriber Data Management (SDM) solutions across 2G/3G/4G/5G mobile core networks, including cloud and virtualized environments.

Key Responsibilities

Deployment: Install and commission Nokia SDM platforms (One-NDS, SDL) across Bare-Metal, OpenStack, and Kubernetes (5G Cloud-Native).

Integration: Connect SDM nodes with HLR, HSS, UDM, UDR, AUSF, and OSS/BSS systems using protocols like Diameter, HTTP/2, LDAP, and MAP.

Data Migration:



Plan and execute legacy subscriber profile migrations, data validation, and rollback procedures.

Testing & Support: Conduct Acceptance Testing (ATP), troubleshoot signaling/trace logs (Wireshark), prepare MOPs/LLDs, and perform maintenance window cutovers.

Key Qualifications

Experience: 3–6+ years in Telecom Core & Nokia SDM deployment/integration.

Core Products: Nokia One-NDS, Shared Data Layer (SDL), NT-HLR, HSS, UDM, UDR.

Protocols & Standards: Diameter, HTTP/2 (5G SBI), LDAP, MAP, 3GPP standards.

Platforms & Tools: Linux, OpenStack, Kubernetes/Docker, Wireshark, Python/Shell scripting.
