Role Description The Network Engineer role at TheTechDevsec is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Network

Engineer will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing network infrastructure to support the platform’s operations and services. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring network performance, diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues, implementing security controls, and supporting upgrades and changes to network architecture. The person in this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable access to e-learning systems, document network configurations and procedures,



and assist in planning for scalability and resilience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Engineering and Network Design for building and maintaining robust network architectures.
- Candidates should possess solid Network Administration capabilities to manage routers, switches, firewalls, and related network devices.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, analyze, and resolve network performance and connectivity issues.
- Candidates should possess a sound understanding of Network Security to implement and maintain secure configurations, access controls, and protections against threats.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols, and basic cloud networking concepts is beneficial.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Ability to document network setups, work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams, and communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
