The team has deep expertise in navigating CDT codes, UCR fees, and other billing complexities to support home health companies & physicians in a cost-effective way. Astron EHS provides comprehensive end-to-end dental RCM services, including benefits and eligibility verification, patient demographic entry, and full billing support.

The company also manages payment posting, credentialing, denial management, follow-up, and insurance aging accounts receivable to help practices achieve their financial objectives.

Role Description The Medical Biller will work full time on-site at the Astron EHS office in Ahmedabad. This role involves preparing, submitting, and tracking insurance claims, ensuring accurate use of codes and billing guidelines for dental and related medical services.

The Medical

Biller will verify patient eligibility and benefits, enter and review patient demographics, post payments, and reconcile accounts. Daily responsibilities include monitoring aging accounts receivable, identifying and resolving claim denials, following up with insurance companies, and maintaining clear documentation in billing systems.



The role also includes close collaboration with internal teams and clients to address billing queries, improve processes, and support overall revenue cycle performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Medical Terminology and its application in medical billing.
- Candidates should possess skills in working with Denials, including analysis, resolution, and follow-up for rejected or underpaid claims.
- Candidates should possess understanding of ICD-10 coding and related guidelines for accurate claim submission.
- Candidates should possess experience with Insurance processes, including private payers and Medicare policies.
- Prior experience in medical or dental billing, RCM, or accounts receivable management is preferred.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and robust analytical skills are required.
- Proficiency in billing software, electronic health record systems, and basic MS Office tools is beneficial.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team-based, on-site environment.
- Relevant education in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
