Role Description The Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at Grand Square Mall in Chennai. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and visitor engagement, including seasonal promotions, events, and tenant-led activities.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, coordinating with retailers and partners, managing social media and on-ground promotions, and tracking campaign performance.

The Marketing

Executive will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors,



support sales and leasing efforts with marketing materials, and help ensure a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to develop and implement effective mall promotion strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze customer behavior, competitor activities, and local trends.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Sales skills to coordinate with tenants, partners, and visitors and support revenue-generating initiatives.
- Candidates should possess experience in retail or mall marketing, event coordination, and basic digital marketing practices.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced workplace.
