Role Description The Manufacturing Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting smart manufacturing and engineering activities within Aenrox’s R&D; and product development environment. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting in documenting and optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting manufacturing operations planning, and contributing to process flow and layout development for prototype and small-scale production. The intern may help prepare training materials, standard operating procedures, and checklists for manufacturing and assembly tasks,



while collaborating with engineers on process improvements and quality-related initiatives.

Responsibilities can also involve collecting and organizing production data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and communicating progress and findings clearly to mentors and project leads.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing, with an interest in smart manufacturing and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Manufacturing Operations, including basic understanding of production workflows and shop-floor practices.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear written and verbal reporting and the ability to collaborate in a remote environment.
- Candidates should possess an interest or experience in Training, such as preparing documentation, guidelines, or instructional materials for manufacturing processes.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic CAD tools, engineering drawings, or manufacturing standards is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and learn quickly in a research-driven environment.
- Interest in AI, robotics, automation, or IoT-driven manufacturing solutions is an advantage.
