We are seeking a proactive and motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our IT Sales & Marketing team. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities to support the sales pipeline. You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their requirements, and connecting them with the business development team.

Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients in target markets (IT services, SaaS, cloud solutions, etc.).
- Build and maintain a robust database of prospects using CRM tools.
- Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other B2B channels.
- Understand client pain points and technology requirements to align them with company offerings.
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups until they are sales-ready.
- Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings/demos with qualified prospects.
- Ensure smooth handover of leads for further engagement and closure.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation metrics and pipeline progress.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in lead generation or inside sales (IT industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, SaaS, or cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to research and connect with decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Managers).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
