Role Description The Laboratory Technician at Indira IVF Group in Ranchi will perform day-to-day laboratory procedures to support fertility treatments and diagnostic services. This full-time, in office role includes handling and maintaining laboratory equipment, preparing and processing samples, performing routine tests, and documenting results accurately. The technician will assist in maintaining quality control standards, follow established protocols and safety guidelines, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.





The role also involves collaborating with clinicians and other laboratory professionals, maintaining sterile and organized workspaces, and supporting continuous improvement in lab processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong laboratory skills and hands-on experience working as laboratory technicians.
- Candidates should be proficient in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Candidates should demonstrate solid analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate testing and data recording.
- Candidates should be competent in quality control practices, including adherence to protocols and safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, or a related life science field.
- Knowledge of clinical or IVF laboratory procedures is an advantage.
- Ability to follow standardized procedures, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Good communication skills, basic computer literacy, and willingness to work flexible hours as required.
