We are seeking a highly experienced IT Infrastructure & Security Manager to lead the organization's IT strategy, cybersecurity program, infrastructure operations, and technology governance. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical leadership while ensuring a secure, scalable, and highly available environment supporting 24x7 healthcare business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all corporate IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technical support operations.
- Develop and enforce IT security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.
- Manage firewall, network, server, cloud, and endpoint security platforms.




- Oversee vendor relationships, procurement, licensing, and technology contracts.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, client security requirements, and data protection standards.
- Lead incident response investigations and security remediation activities.
- Prepare and present IT performance metrics and risk assessments to senior management.
- Develop IT budgets and technology roadmaps.
- Mentor and develop IT support, infrastructure, and security team members.

Experience supporting healthcare organizations, U.S. healthcare operations, RCM companies, HIPAA-regulated environments, or healthcare BPO organizations is strongly preferred.Relevant certifications such as NSE, Sophos, CCNA/CCNP, VMware VCP, AWS, ITIL, Microsoft, or CISSP are highly desirable. ?
