About the role

We are hiring an Influencer Marketing Executive to execute creator campaigns end to end from our Kochi office. You will own the day-to-day delivery of campaigns on our operations team — the people who make campaigns actually happen.

Location: Kochi, Kerala (on-site, full-time)

Reports to: Manager – Influencer Marketing / Head of Operations

Experience: 0–2 years in influencer marketing, social media or agency operations

Compensation: As per industry standards

Key responsibilities

Campaign execution

- Execute influencer campaigns end to end: creator onboarding, briefing, content timelines, approvals, go-live and wrap-up
- Maintain the campaign tracker daily — creator status, deliverables, deadlines, content links and payments
- Follow up with creators to get drafts, revisions and final posts delivered on time
- Review creator content against the brief and brand guidelines before it goes to the client
- Track live posts, collect links, screenshots and insights, and flag issues the same day

Creator sourcing and management

- Shortlist creators that match the brief by language, category, audience and budget
- Reach out to creators and managers, negotiate rates and close deliverables within budget
- Build and update Zapplr's creator database with rates, contacts, past performance and notes
- Keep creator relationships warm — quick responses, clear briefs, timely payment coordination

Coordination and reporting

- Work with the Client Servicing team on brief clarifications,



approvals and client feedback
- Coordinate with finance on creator agreements, invoices and payout requests
- Prepare campaign reports with reach, views, engagement and learnings at the end of every campaign
- Spot trends, formats and new creators across Instagram and YouTube in South Indian markets

What we're looking for

Must-have

- 0–2 years in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing or agency operations; strong freshers with internship experience are welcome
- Deep familiarity with Instagram and YouTube — formats, creators, trends — especially in Malayalam and other South Indian markets
- Organised and deadline-driven: comfortable running 5–10 creators and multiple deliverables at once
- Clear written and spoken communication in English and Malayalam; Tamil, Telugu or Kannada is a strong plus
- Working comfort with Google Sheets / Excel and tracker-based work
- Willing to work on-site in Kochi, full-time

Good to have

- Existing creator or talent-manager contacts in South India
- Experience negotiating creator rates or managing vendor relationships
- Basic understanding of campaign metrics (reach, views, engagement rate, CPV)
- Interest in Malayalam cinema, music and OTT content

- Creator fulfilment rate and campaign error rate
- Tracker accuracy and reporting turnaround
- Creator and client-servicing team feedback
