? Hiring Alert: HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech Startup) ?

We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Mumbai on a hybrid work model.

If you have 1+ years of experience navigating the tech startup ecosystem and want total ownership of the employee lifecycle, we want to connect with you!

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Drive strategic hiring pipelines for both tech and non-tech roles. You will manage job postings across multiple channels, source top-tier talent, screen resumes, lead screening rounds, and spearhead salary negotiations.

- Seamless Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle: Design and execute a welcoming onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring all formal documentation, verification, and orientation processes run smoothly.

- HR Operations & Payroll Management: Handle monthly payroll processing accurately, manage attendance and leave tracking, and coordinate closely with finance while ensuring proper statutory compliances.





- Policy Development & Team Management: Partner with leadership to draft, implement, and update internal company policies, foster a high-performance culture, and manage employee relations effectively.

What We’re Looking For in You:

- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in HR, recruitment, or generalist operations, preferably within a tech startup, SaaS, or AI-driven company.
- Ecosystem Knowledge: A strong understanding of software development life cycles, tech roles, and the dynamic needs of modern tech companies.
- Work Arrangement: Based in Mumbai and comfortable thriving in a hybrid work setup.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation tactics, and the highest level of integrity when handling confidential information and employee relations.
