Qualifications

- Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to oversee and optimize end-to-end manufacturing activities.
- Demonstrated capabilities in Operations Management and Team Management to lead teams, streamline processes, and ensure smooth plant operations.
- Experience with Budgeting and cost control to manage production expenses and drive efficiency.
- Solid understanding of industrial packaging processes, machinery, and quality standards.
- Experience in a manufacturing or packaging workplace, preferably in a leadership role.
- Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and make decisions based on performance metrics.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.




- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, 5S, Six Sigma) is beneficial.

### Executive Summary

We are a specialized manufacturing provider engineering custom material handling assets for high-tier ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems) warehouse automation systems, automotive components, and returnable industrial lines.

We are seeking a Head of Production & Execution out of the niche Steel Pallet, Cage, and MHT (Material Handling Trolley) manufacturing sectors to drive systemic scale. This leader will completely own the floor, transition our setup toward smart/automated product lines, eradicate execution bottlenecks, and seamlessly integrate heavy fabrication routines with complex logistics schedules.

#### 1. Operations & Floor Execution

Production Synchronization: Align daily heavy fabrication schedules directly with afternoon local dispatch obligations to protect client commitments without staging backlogs.

Throughput Optimization: Manage end-to-end processing across modern, in-house capabilities including robotic welding stations, industrial laser cutting tables, and high-volume powder coating operations.

Bottleneck Mitigation: Restructure floor logistics so that multi-day structural setups, steel box runs, and smart pallet component lines proceed predictably without disrupting active workflows.

#### 2. Technical Leadership & Niche Competencies

ASRS & CKD Component Mastery: Oversee structural build tolerance compliance specific to ASRS automation guidelines,



where millimetric structural deflection variables dictate long-term system success.

Smart Asset Assembly: Champion the technical integration of tracking, sensor, or automated markers onto specialized steel bases to advance our unique niche as a premium provider.

Tooling & Engineering Oversight: Supervise job planning, structural welding jig setups, and raw material utilization (including steel sheet profiles, hollow tubes, and structural steel sections).

#### 3. SCM & Vendor Relations Alignment

Procurement Balance: Partner with the purchasing desk to maintain clean raw material feeds without building massive carrying costs or material deficits.

Compliance & Client Verification: Lead the floor through standard quality assurance checkpoints, client-led engineering trials, and formal regulatory audits (such as ISO frameworks) to clear custom fabrications efficiently.

#### 4. Team Development & Leadership

Operational Performance: Steer a multi-shift production footprint, instilling a metrics-driven culture focused on hourly output tracking, strict 9:00 AM operational starts, and zero-defect targets.

Process Focus: Transform task-oriented functions into an integrated, agile team capable of keeping pace with accelerated national and international growth metrics.

### Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Niche Industry Domain: Must possess a strong professional background strictly within companies fabricating MHT (Material Handling Trolleys), customized steel boxes, structural storage cages, returnable industrial packaging, or automated ASRS pallets. Candidates lacking a physical steel fabrication background will not match the parameters of this technical role.

Proven Floor Command: Demonstrated experience scaling production lines, managing material handling hardware infrastructure, or executing volume targets in mid-sized engineering structures.

Technical Familiarity: Practical, direct experience overseeing in-house industrial lines, including robotic welding arms, high-precision laser cutting infrastructure, structural component jigs, and complex surface coating operations.

Geographic & Logistics Availability: Ability to operate permanently on-site at our manufacturing plant in Waki, Pune, maintaining regular coordination with domestic tracking teams and international shipping workflows.
