Job Purpose To manage business finance, MIS reporting, project costing, budgeting, cash flow, financial closing, audits and compliance. The role supports business decisions through accurate financial analysis, effective controls and timely reporting while leading the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly MIS reports, project-wise P&L;, budget comparisons and variance analysis.
- Coordinate annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, and analyse business performance.
- Manage project costing, pricing, resource cost rates, overheads and profitability analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, bank balances and payment planning.
- Track customer billing, receivables, collections, vendor payments and reconciliations.
- Review vendor invoices, purchase orders, approvals, TDS deductions, reimbursements and advances.
- Ensure timely month-end closing, accruals, provisions and account reconciliations.
- Coordinate statutory, tax and internal audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Support GST/TDS compliance, financial reporting and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain financial controls, SOPs, records and audit documentation.
- Lead the finance team, review work, coordinate with other departments and provide training.

Educational Qualification

CA/CMA preferred.





MBA in Finance may be considered with strong experience in costing, financial analysis and business finance.

Required Skills and Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in Finance and Accounts, including at least 3 years in MIS, costing, pricing or business finance.
- Experience in team handling and financial reporting.
- Robust knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, project costing, profitability and cash flow management.
- Good understanding of accounting standards, GST, TDS, audits and financial reconciliations.
- Working experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Tally Prime or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and working knowledge of Power BI or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving and team management skills.
- Experience in IT, engineering services or project-based businesses is an advantage.
