Role Description The Field Executive – Vehicle Onboarding role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The role involves visiting designated locations to identify, engage, and onboard vehicle owners and drivers onto client platforms, ensuring that eligibility criteria and documentation requirements are met.

The Field

Executive will guide applicants through registration and verification processes, collect and verify documents, and provide clear information about benefits, policies, and usage guidelines. The position also requires maintaining accurate records of onboarded vehicles, sharing regular status updates with supervisors, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve operational issues.



Additional responsibilities include conducting basic training or orientations when needed, adhering to safety and compliance standards, and representing Sutradhar Solutions professionally in all field interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid field operations and on-ground execution skills, including comfort with extensive local travel and direct interaction with vehicle owners and drivers.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic data collection, documentation, and record-keeping skills, including using mobile apps or digital tools for updates and reporting.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and coordination skills to handle on-site issues, manage objections, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in field sales, logistics, ride-hailing, transportation, or similar vehicle-onboarding or fleet-management environments.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work independently, meet daily and weekly targets, and maintain reliability and punctuality in on-ground operations.
- Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma; a graduate degree in business, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Bengaluru South geography and basic proficiency in English and local languages to support effective field communication.
