Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Crypto Algo Trading Specialist with strong practical knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and algorithmic trading.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, testing, backtesting and optimizing systematic trading strategies for crypto markets.

The candidate should be able to convert trading ideas into clear, rule-based and repeatable trading systems.

Key Responsibilities

Research and develop crypto trading and algorithmic trading strategies.

Identify trading opportunities using technical analysis, price action and market data.

Convert trading ideas into systematic and rule-based strategies.

Develop, test and backtest algorithmic trading strategies.

Analyze historical data and evaluate strategy performance.

Optimize strategies based on market behaviour and backtesting results.

Develop strategies for trending, sideways and volatile market conditions.

Define clear entry, exit, stop-loss and target rules.

Implement proper risk management and position sizing.

Monitor strategy performance and identify areas for improvement.

Research current indicators, trading concepts and systematic approaches.

Work towards developing automated and scalable crypto trading strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong practical understanding of Cryptocurrency Markets.

Hands-on knowledge of Algo / Algorithmic Trading.

Strong understanding of Technical Analysis and Price Action.

Knowledge of trading indicators and rule-based strategies.

Understanding of Risk Management and Position Sizing.

Ability to develop and test systematic trading strategies.

Knowledge of Backtesting and Strategy Performance Analysis.





Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to understand market behaviour and convert it into trading rules.

Preferred Skills

Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:

TradingView & Pine Script

Python

Crypto Trading Bots

Binance, Bybit, OKX or other crypto exchanges

API-based trading

Automated trading platforms

Backtesting tools

Strategy development frameworks

Experience

1–3+ years of experience in Crypto Trading, Algo Trading, Quantitative Trading or Systematic Trading.

Candidates with hands-on experience in developing, testing or optimizing trading strategies will be preferred.

Practical understanding of crypto market behaviour is essential.
