Role Description -

The Compliance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur, responsible for ensuring that Beyoung operates in line with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves monitoring regulatory changes relevant to the fashion, retail, and e-commerce sectors, reviewing internal processes for compliance risks, and maintaining up-to-date documentation and records.

The Compliance

Executive will assist in drafting and implementing policies, conduct periodic audits and checks, and help prepare reports for management on compliance status and risk areas.



The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, and HR to address compliance issues, supporting training and awareness initiatives, and coordinating with external advisors or authorities when needed.

Qualifications -

- Candidates should possess robust Regulatory Compliance and Law knowledge relevant to retail, e-commerce, and corporate operations.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, identify risks, and propose practical solutions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in compliance, legal, or risk management roles, preferably in retail, fashion, or related industries.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Law, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work with documentation tools, spreadsheets, and basic compliance or audit software is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving compliance issues
