Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping the firm’s vision, service offerings, and market positioning while driving day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, leading consulting engagements, and coordinating cross-functional work across strategy, marketing, people, growth, technology, and AI initiatives. The role involves developing new business opportunities, refining productized services, overseeing financial and operational performance, and nurturing a collaborative, inclusive culture. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with a mix of in office work and some flexibility for working from home as needed.

- Experience in consulting, startups, or productized services, ideally across multiple sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team-building, mentoring, and fostering an inclusive workplace.
- Comfort working with technology and AI-driven solutions; familiarity with digital tools for collaboration and analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment, take ownership, and make informed decisions with limited oversight.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, management, economics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
