Role Description The Cinematographer will be responsible for visually capturing the spirit of HAIR RAP BY YOYO through high-quality video content, including promotional films, social media videos, behind-the-scenes features, and client transformations. Day-to-day tasks include planning shot lists, collaborating with the creative team on concepts, operating cameras and lighting equipment, and ensuring consistent visual style aligned with the brand. The role involves setting up and adjusting lighting for different settings within the salon, directing on-camera talent when needed, and coordinating with editors to deliver polished final videos.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad,



requiring regular presence in the salon and occasional work during special events, shoots, or campaigns.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Camera Operation and Cinematography, with the ability to translate creative ideas into compelling visuals.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Film Production, including planning shoots, organizing footage, and collaborating on post-production.
- Candidates should possess solid Lighting skills, with experience designing and adjusting lighting setups for indoor and studio-style environments.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in commercial or branded content production, particularly in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
- Candidates should have strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of framing, composition, and color.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and collaborating with stylists, marketers, and editors.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of video editing workflows and familiarity with industry-standard cameras and equipment.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
