We are looking for a confident, energetic and communication-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong corporate relationships and converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other networking channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers and business owners.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide suitable commercial/industrial real-estate solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Arrange and coordinate client meetings and property/site visits.
- Prepare and share property proposals, presentations and commercial details with clients.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing business deals.
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects and client interactions.
- Track the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor market trends, new companies, business expansions and potential corporate requirements.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
- Excellent in spoken and written English
- Confident and professional while communicating with corporate clients
- Good at cold calling and follow-ups
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good at negotiation and relationship building
- Comfortable using MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and LinkedIn
- Presentable and professional
- Willing to learn and grow in the corporate real-estate industry
