Role Description :
We're looking for a proactive, result-oriented Business Development Executive to strengthen our B2B partnerships, drive revenue growth, and expand our presence across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B partners and sports venue owners.
- Venue Onboarding: Drive the onboarding of new sports facilities and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Revenue Generation: Identify upselling opportunities, promote premium services, and generate revenue from existing and new partners.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, acquire partners, and expand PlaySpots' presence in target markets.
- Partner Engagement: Understand partner needs,
address concerns, and improve engagement and retention.
- Market Expansion: Execute local market growth strategies and strengthen PlaySpots' brand presence.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance, business growth, and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For :
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or partner success.
- A proactive mindset with a strong focus on targets and revenue growth.
- Ability to build long-term business relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Willingness to travel locally and meet partners when required.
