POSITION OVERVIEW

- Position Title: Assistant Manager, Career Services Division (Campus Operations)

ROLE PURPOSE

Serve as the operational lead for campus recruitment and team execution across the School of Design (SOD) and School of Management (SOM). This role drives logistics, recruiter hospitality, vendor workflows, and placement analytics while managing team to deliver flawless career outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive Leadership & Recruiter Relations: Plan and execute on-campus, virtual, and off-campus recruitment drives managing scheduling, venue setup, online assessments, and recruiter hospitality.

• Team Supervision: Direct, mentor, and delegate daily tasks to your team and during high-volume placement cycles.

• Training & Student Prep: Coordinate placement readiness, organize workshops, mock interviews, 1 on 1 career sessions, portfolio reviews, and skill sessions for the students.

• MIS Data & Analytics: Oversee student placement databases, tracking application funnels, interview shortlists,



and offer acceptances using CRM and MIS tools.

• Vendor & Budget Operations: Source, negotiate, and manage third-party vendors for event infrastructure, assessment platforms, and logistics within CSD budgets.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 3–5 years in Campus Placements, Corporate HR, Talent Acquisition, or Career Services.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, HR, Education, or related fields.

• Core Competencies: Team leadership, vendor negotiation, event logistics, and professional candidate/recruiter communication.

• Tech Proficiency: Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), MIS reporting, and placement CRM systems.

• Location Preference: Candidates based in Gurugram or Dwarka preferred.
