Role Description The Architect at HPIPL will work on the concept, design, and integration of smart parking infrastructure, ensuring that architectural solutions align with technical, functional, and sustainability requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing architectural layouts and drawings for parking systems, collaborating with engineering and software teams to integrate automated and digital components, and optimizing space utilization for different vehicle types and site conditions. The role also involves coordinating with project managers and stakeholders,



reviewing design feasibility, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

This is a contract, remote role, requiring effective virtual collaboration, documentation, and regular communication with cross-functional teams and clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including experience in designing infrastructure or industrial spaces.
- Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration skills to collaborate effectively on smart, automated parking systems.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and tracking of design deliverables and timelines.
- Proficiency in architectural design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with BIM or 3D modeling is beneficial.
- Knowledge of urban infrastructure, mechanical or civil engineering interfaces, and safety/regulatory standards related to built environments is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; relevant qualified certifications or licenses are a plus.
