Role Description The Amazon Growth Manager will lead day-to-day activities to drive revenue and market share for FAR OCEAN GROUP’s brands on Amazon. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves planning and executing growth strategies, managing product listings, and optimizing pricing, promotions, and Amazon advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with operations, and supply chain teams to ensure inventory availability and smooth execution.

The role also involves monitoring competitor activity,



refining content and keywords, overseeing projects to launch new products or categories, and preparing regular performance reports and forecasts. The Amazon Growth Manager will be expected to test new initiatives, document best practices, and contribute to long-term marketplace strategy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Amazon Ads, Analytical Skills and experience working with Analytics tools and dashboards.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and business development capabilities within e-commerce.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to plan, execute, and track multiple initiatives on Amazon.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor central, marketplace operations, and PPC advertising is highly beneficial.
- Experience in managing Amazon accounts or other marketplaces, with a track record of delivering growth targets.
- Ability to work with data, draw insights, prioritize actions, and thrive in a rapid-paced, performance-driven environment.
