About the Role

We are looking for hardworking, friendly and enthusiastic Waiters / Waitresses to join our beachfront restaurant, The Rolling Sea.

This is a hands-on, all-rounder position involving food and beverage service, guest interaction, cleaning, restaurant setup and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests, take food and beverage orders and provide excellent service.
- Enter orders accurately into the POS system and handle billing.
- Serve food and beverages, clear tables and reset dining areas.
- Recommend dishes, cocktails and beverages to guests.
- Maintain personal hygiene, grooming and food safety standards.
- Perform daily cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, sanitising tables and polishing cutlery and glassware.
- Complete daily opening, closing, hygiene and cleaning checklists.
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant floors, furniture, service stations and equipment.
- Assist with restaurant setup, restocking and general duties.
- Support colleagues during busy periods and handle guest requests professionally.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience preferred; enthusiastic freshers may apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic food and beverage knowledge.




- Well-groomed, punctual, honest and hardworking.
- Willing to perform cleaning and all-round restaurant duties.
- Comfortable with long or split shifts, weekends and public holidays, within applicable labour laws.
- Flexible with duty rosters and scheduled weekly offs.
- Able to work in a busy, hands-on team environment.

Seasonal Employment & Working Hours

This is a seasonal position, generally from September/October until May or early June.

Our restaurant operates from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Shifts and weekly offs are scheduled according to business requirements, with legally required breaks, rest and overtime arrangements.
