I2GO Global is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective candidates and clients, promoting our international recruitment and training services, managing leads, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective candidates and clients.
- Explain the company's international recruitment, training, and placement services.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to improve conversions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective candidates and business partners.
- Maintain accurate lead details, call records, and follow-up updates using spreadsheets or CRM software.
- Schedule consultations, interviews, and meetings with the relevant teams.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business development.

Requirements





- Freshers are welcome to apply; experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to communicate confidently, handle objections, and follow up professionally.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.

- Monthly salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000.
