- Plan and execute machine setup and maintenance activities as per production requirements.
- Ensure timely machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing.
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to identify and resolve machine breakdowns and technical issues.
- Ensure machines operate efficiently with minimum downtime and maximum productivity.
- Follow company SOPs, GMP requirements, quality standards, and all applicable safety guidelines.
- Provide technical support to customers for machine breakdowns, service requests, and operational issues.
- Handle after-sales service activities, customer complaints, and technical escalations.
- Coordinate with customers for machine installation, commissioning, maintenance, and operator training.
- Maintain service reports, breakdown records, maintenance schedules, and technical documentation.
- Monitor spare parts requirements and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely availability.
- Guide and supervise maintenance/service technicians and ensure proper execution of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Assembly, Stores, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper machine performance, reliability, and adherence to delivery and service commitments.
- Perform other technical and managerial responsibilities assigned by management.
- Skill:
- Experience in industrial machinery, pharmaceutical machinery, or packaging machinery.
- Knowledge of machine setup, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of SOPs, GMP, and industrial safety standards.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
