Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 4+ years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and workforce management.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage employees across different functions and support organizational HR requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave management, and employee separation processes.
- Handle recruitment and selection for various positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate employee documentation, HR records, management information systems (MIS), and reports.




- Manage attendance records, payroll inputs, salary-related coordination, and employee queries.
- Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and employee retention initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, organizational procedures, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate performance management, employee appraisals, and employee development activities.
- Handle disciplinary matters and support management in resolving employee-related issues.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective workforce planning and HR support.
- Develop and implement HR processes to improve employee productivity and workplace effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
