Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Manager to lead international sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage sales teams targeting clients across the US and UK. The candidate must have a proven track record in international B2B sales, team leadership, and achieving personal and team revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across the US and UK markets.
- Manage IT Sales Team Leaders and Sales Executives, ensuring accountability for individual and team performance.
- Drive personal sales through prospecting, cold calling, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Set sales targets, define KPIs, allocate responsibilities, and monitor team productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client base across the US and UK.
- Build relationships with international clients, business owners, decision-makers, and strategic partners.
- Oversee the complete sales pipeline, from lead generation and qualification to proposals, negotiations, and closures.




- Monitor CRM activity, conversion rates, sales forecasts, revenue performance, and pipeline health.
- Coach team leaders on sales strategy, objection handling, performance management, and closing techniques.
- Support the team in high-value negotiations and complex client requirements.
- Ensure sales outreach and client follow-ups align with US and UK business hours and qualified communication standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client handovers and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, revenue forecasts, and performance improvement plans for senior management.

Requirements

- Education: bachelors
- Experience: [Required Years in International IT Sales and Sales Management 7plus yrs exp]

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
