- Visit real estate developers’ head offices to develop new mandate business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, directors, and key decision-makers.
- Identify potential redevelopment and real estate mandate opportunities.
- Generate leads, conduct business meetings, negotiate commercial terms, and secure mandate agreements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with developers to convert opportunities into business.
Requirements: Experience in real estate business development, strong networking and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel across Mumbai for developer meetings.
