WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PLANNING MANAGER FOR ON GOING HOSPITAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECSTS ALIBAGH, MAHARASHTRA. THE CANDIDATE JOB DESCRIPTIION IS

A Planning Manager for a Hospital Construction Project oversees the scheduling, resource allocation, and regulatory compliance of specialized healthcare infrastructure from inception to commissioning. [1, 2]Core Responsibilities

- Master Scheduling: Build and maintain detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera (P6). [1, 2]
- Regulatory & Code Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare building codes, fire safety norms, and specialized statutory approvals (such as NABH, local municipal bylaws, and environmental clearances). [1]
- MEP & Specialized Integration: Coordinate complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, operating theaters, intensive care units (ICUs), and medical gas piping layouts. [1]
- Risk & Cost Tracking: Monitor real-time budgets, track material/manpower flow, and manage risk registers to prevent costly delays. [1, 2, 3]




- Stakeholder Coordination: Align architects, structural consultants, hospital administration, and site contractors through regular progress reviews. [1, 2]

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master's preferred). [1]
- Experience: Typically 5 to 12 years of total experience, with specific exposure to healthcare, hospital, or institutional building projects. [1]
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project), CAD/BIM tools, and cost-estimation frameworks. [1]
