Job Description

Aira Infinity is looking for a Sales Team Leader (TL) to lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs) across Bihar.

The role involves team building, recruitment, training, performance management and business generation. Candidates with experience in sales, direct selling, network marketing or team leadership will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives.
- Recruit, onboard and develop new team members.
- Set team targets and monitor daily and weekly performance.
- Train, guide and motivate team members.
- Support the team with lead generation and customer conversion.
- Conduct regular team meetings, follow-ups and performance reviews.
- Develop sales strategies for the assigned Bihar market.
- Track team performance and share regular updates.
- Build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Coordinate with the State Sales Head and management.
- Support expansion of the company's sales network across Bihar.
- Maintain professional and compliant sales practices.

Requirements

- 2–5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Direct Selling or Team Leadership.




- Previous experience managing and motivating a sales team.
- Strong team-building and leadership skills.
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding and training sales professionals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and performance-driven approach.
- Experience in generating business through a sales team.
- Good knowledge of the Bihar market will be preferred.
- Existing sales/networking contacts will be an advantage.
- Experience in Network Marketing, Crypto, Web3, FinTech or Digital Technology is an added advantage.

Compensation

₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Compensation may vary based on experience, team size handled, responsibilities and performance.
