729 Grams Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee brand redefining Pune’s coffee culture. We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage HR policies, payroll, and attendance records.
- Plan employee engagement and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or retail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Should have in depth knowledge of hiring platforms and their feature like linked in, indeed, work India etc.
