Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle ARCS modules.
- Design and maintain account reconciliation workflows and certification processes.
- Configure Transaction Matching rules, matching types, and automated reconciliation processes.
- Define and maintain security settings, approval workflows, and compliance controls.
- Develop integrations between Oracle EPM, ERP systems, and source applications.
- Support data migration, data validation, testing, and deployment activities.
- Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and reconciliation-related configurations.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), where required.
- Provide user training and support during implementation and deployment.
- Support month-end financial close and reconciliation optimization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to improve reconciliation accuracy and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 7–10 years of experience in Oracle EPM.
- Minimum 3 years of Oracle ARCS implementation and/or support experience.




- Hands-on experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- Experience with Transaction Matching.
- Strong knowledge of Reconciliation Compliance.
- Experience managing Profiles and Matches.
- Knowledge of Data Integration and Data Management.
- Experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards.
- Strong accounting, account reconciliation, and financial close knowledge.
- Experience integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle ERP, SAP, or other ERP systems.
- FCCS experience as a prerequisite skill.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifiations

- CA, CMA, CPA, or MBA in Finance.
- Oracle ARCS Cloud certification.
- Experience supporting global financial close processes.
- Experience working with finance teams across multiple business units or regions.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,160,000.00 per year
