Working Hours: Part-Time, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Compensation: ₹12,000/month + 5k (incentive) with PPO

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated, tech-savvy and highly organised multitasker to join our team and work across startup operations, AI-enabled workflows, data management and ecosystem coordination.

The role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with AI tools, online platforms, forms, documentation and startup-related tasks, and who is willing to learn and take ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage startup data, forms, applications and documentation.

- Coordinate with startups and Growth Consultants for required information and follow-ups.

- Use ChatGPT and AI tools for research, documentation, analysis and workflow execution.

- Support grant, funding, incubation and startup-related applications.

- Maintain databases, trackers and digital records accurately.

- Handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

- Support website, digital and technology-related activities.

- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely completion of assigned work.





- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using AI and technology.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong AI tool expertise, especially ChatGPT and AI productivity tools.

- Good written and spoken English.

- Strong computer and internet skills.

- Highly organised, responsible and deadline-oriented.

- Ability to multitask and work independently from home.

- Willingness to learn startup, VC and technology workflows.

- Basic coding / programming knowledge is preferred.

- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, forms, automation or no-code tools is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who doesn't wait for every instruction, can figure things out using AI and available resources, communicates clearly and takes ownership of completing work.
