Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Industry: Australian Accounting & Outsourcing Services

Experience: Candidates with relevant B2B sales/business development experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Australian accounting and bookkeeping market.

Connect with Australian accounting firms, CPAs, tax consultants, and business owners to develop potential partnerships.

Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and professional networking.

Pitch outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, payroll, and financial services to prospective clients.

Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and present tailored service solutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Australian clients.

Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and business development KPIs.





Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Understanding of the Australian accounting industry and outsourcing business model.

Experience in international B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.

Familiarity with Australian accounting services, including BAS, GST, bookkeeping, payroll, and taxation, will be an advantage.

Knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks is a plus.

Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach.

Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and deal-closing skills.
