5 to 8 years Target Market: US Enterprises Hours: US PT and ET About xfactrsxfactrs is an agentic revenue assurance platform for SaaS and subscription businesses. We help finance and revenue leaders identify and close revenue leakage in real time by catching billing anomalies, contract mismatches and recognition gaps before they compound into audit risk. The RoleWe are hiring an outbound owner with ABM thinking. You will work side by side with our Enterprise Account Executive to turn a focused set of US enterprise accounts into qualified executive meetings. The AE sets the outbound strategy and you execute it: you research the accounts, vet the contacts, write the messages, send them and book the meetings. This is a hands-on seat. Success is measured in meetings held and accepted by the AE. We win with focus, not volume. Our market is small and enterprise sales cycles are long, so every account, contact and message matters. You will work with the AE, Marketing and leadership so that inbound and outbound stay in sync. What You Will Own Account Research and Vetting: Research and prioritize an assigned set of target accounts against our ICP: subscription or recurring revenue businesses with complex billing or pricing and $250M or more in revenue. Confirm every contact is current in role, and every email is valid before outreach and keep the data clean. Buying Signals: Watch for triggers such as CFO appointments, acquisitions, private equity ownership changes, billing or ERP migrations, pricing model changes, revenue recognition and audit pressure, and IPO or SOX readiness. Turn each into timely, relevant outreach. Personalized Outreach: Write and send personalized messages across email, LinkedIn and InMail to CFOs, Chief Accounting Officers, Controllers,
VPs of Finance, RevOps and billing leaders. Own the sequencing, the follow ups and the quality of every message. Time Zone Discipline: Send every message so it lands in the recipient's local business hours. Confirm each contact's location and time zone first, send emails within the recipient's business hours, and send LinkedIn/InMail messages during US business hours. Meeting Generation: Book qualified meetings that the AE accepts, with the right persona, a clear reason to meet and a confirmed next step. Strategy and Feedback Loop: Meet weekly with the AE on account priorities, messaging and results. Run the plays the AE sets, test variations, and report plainly on what is working and what is not. Handoff: Give the AE a short brief before every meeting covering the trigger, the buying committee, the likely pain and the prior touches. Executive and Partner Support: Support outreach on behalf of the CEO and leadership, warm introductions, conference follow up and partner motions. Systems and Reporting: Log all activity in the CRM and Apollo, follow email deliverability best practices (authentication, sending limits, list hygiene), and send a weekly report on accounts touched, replies, meetings booked and held, and pipeline created. What We're Looking For
• 5 to 8 years in outbound, SDR or BDR, or account-based roles at B2B SaaS companies,
with a track record of booking meetings with Director, VP and C suite buyers at US enterprises.
• You have personally run email and LinkedIn outreach and can share real numbers: meetings booked, meetings held and meetings accepted by sales.
• Disciplined timing: you message US executives in their local business hours, not yours.
• Strong research and judgment: you know which accounts and contacts are worth pursuing and which to drop.
• Excellent business writing and personalization. Short, direct messages that earn replies.
• Hands on with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, HubSpot and Instantly.
• Able to work a consistent daily overlap with US Pacific and Eastern hours for LinkedIn outreach and AE syncs.
• Coachable, direct and ready to own results in a startup where the playbook is still being written.
• A robust advantage: familiarity with CFO focused solutions, financial technology, subscription billing, revenue recognition or quote to cash. What Success Looks LikeA focused, repeatable outbound motion that consistently turns the right accounts into qualified executive meetings and pipeline for the AE. First 30 days: Learn the product, ICP and personas. Agree the account set and the meeting criteria with the AE. Get tools, data and sending setup live. By 60 days: Signal driven outreach running across your assigned accounts, with the first qualified meetings handed to the AE. By 90 days: A consistent monthly run rate of qualified meetings accepted by the AE against a target we set together, with weekly reporting in place. If you enjoy connecting research with direct, personal outreach and want to own the results, we would love to hear from you.
