Engagement: Freelance / Contract | Hybrid Keyrus is looking for an experienced AI Change Management & Adoption Consultant to support an upcoming Generative AI transformation initiative for a leading banking client in APAC. The client has already deployed an AI-powered coding assistant to approximately 200 developers. The next phase is focused on accelerating adoption, establishing best practices, driving behavioural change and demonstrating measurable productivity improvements. Your Responsibilities
• Assess AI adoption maturity, challenges and opportunities.




• Design a structured change management and AI adoption framework.
• Develop stakeholder engagement, communication and training strategies.
• Establish AI Champions initiatives and developer enablement programs.
• Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions with engineering teams.
• Define adoption KPIs and measure organizational and productivity impact.
• Develop practical adoption playbooks and recommendations for scaling.
• Support Keyrus during pre-sales, including methodology design, scoping and proposal preparation.
• What We're Looking For
• Proven experience leading enterprise AI / GenAI adoption and change management initiatives.
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, IBM Bob or similar AI assistants.
• Robust stakeholder management, facilitation and consulting skills.
• Experience working with technology or software engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR or similar change management methodologies.
• Banking / financial services experience is a plus. Engagement Details This is a short-term consulting assignment, potentially full-time for 2–3 months, with a defined scope and deliverables.
