2–5 years About Elfina Health Elfina Health is an online therapy platform built on a simple belief: therapy works best when the right client meets the right therapist, and when everything around the session is handled well. We match clients to therapists based on how a therapist actually works, their orientation, areas of competence and style, not just who’s available. Then we run the full journey end to end, so therapists can focus on the work in the room. We also think mental health care is broken in a specific way: context doesn’t follow the person. When a client switches therapists, or moves between therapy, psychiatry and coaching, everything they’ve built up is left behind and started again from scratch. That’s what we’re building: care where context carries across, where therapists begin with a transparent picture of the client, and where progress is something both client and therapist can see. The Role We're looking for a Therapist Operations Manager to manage the therapist partners on Elfina end to end, from hiring to quality to training. You'll work closely with the founder, our head psychologist and the internal team. We currently work with about 50 therapists offering individual and couples therapy, with 2 to 15 years of experience. This role needs someone who understands therapy from the inside, and is also organised, good with people and comfortable with numbers. What You'll Work On – Hiring. Find and assess new therapists, run initial assessments, and get them set up on Elfina. – Quality. Track how therapists and their clients are doing, hold regular 1:1s, and give honest,



kind feedback when something isn't working. – Training and workshops. Work with our head psychologist to plan and run training for our therapists, and work with our therapists to design workshops for clients and the public. – Analytics. Build and maintain dashboards on retention and therapist performance, both for our internal team and for therapists themselves. – Therapist communication. Be the main point of contact for therapists on policies, payments and issues, so they can focus on therapy. – Working across teams. Work with our product, tech and client experience teams to keep improving things for clients and therapists. What We're Looking For – 2–5 years of experience, including at least 1.5–2 years as a practising counsellor or therapist. – A Master's in Counselling or Clinical Psychology. – A good understanding of the therapeutic relationship and of different therapy modalities. – Confidence to speak with senior therapists and run initial assessments. – Some experience outside therapy, like an admin role or running your own practice, that shows you can organise and get things done. – Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets. – Takes ownership and enjoys building processes from scratch.
