The Sales Executive will identify and qualify potential customers, conduct property presentations, and manage client meetings and site visits. The role involves understanding client requirements, recommending suitable real estate options, and guiding clients through the entire sales process from initial contact to closure. The Sales Executive will maintain and update lead pipelines, follow up with prospects, negotiate terms, and support documentation and transaction formalities.



The role also includes collaborating with internal teams for marketing initiatives, market research, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, with a salary up to 4.5 LPA. Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful closures.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Basic knowledge of real estate markets, property types, and transactional processes, or willingness to learn quickly.
