Must Have:
• Proficient in customization and configuration of Enterprise monitoring technologies, architecture and BAU operations
• Proficient working L2,L3 knowledge work On NPM, SAM, SRM, NTA,NCM, VMAN, IPAM modules of SolarWinds .
• Experience and working administration knowledge of SAM Module.
• Understanding on Infra level monitoring configuration, and basic and customized Application monitoring.
• Troubleshooting on SolarWinds related issues, timely connect with vendor for additional technical assistance.
• Alert and report creation.
• Proactive on issue resolution
• Hands on Knowledge on SQL Queries
