We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to strengthen our talent acquisition team. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple business functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Support, and Technology.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR screening calls, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming hiring requirements.
• Manage multiple open positions while meeting recruitment timelines and hiring targets.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.




• Build positive candidate relationships and deliver an excellent candidate experience. ? Requirements
• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• A proactive mindset with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Must be comfortable working from our Bangalore office. ✨
