• Having a experience of Raw material inspection / MTC Review for boiler and pressure vessel as per ASME and IBR.
• The candidate has experience in raw material inspection and MTC review for boilers and pressure vessels in accordance with ASME and IBR standards.
• Knowledge of various national and international standards such as ASME, IBR, IS, EN, etc.
• Has experience in conducting inspections with customers and TPI inspection agencies.
• Positive communication skills and experience in coordinating technical issues with customers and suppliers.
• Inspection at suppliers' mill for inspection as per PO, TDC and Material specifications
• Coordination with Mill and Suppliers for Quality documents i.e MTC, reports, Testing records etc.
• Aware of NCR resolution and RCA-CAPA and improvement actions at supplier's works.
• Drawing Reading Skill for various pressure part and Raw material components.
