- Recruit, guide, and manage insurance advisors.
- Train and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads.
- Monitor team performance and support business growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with at least 2 years of relevant sales or insurance experience.
- Strong communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow professionally.
Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, as per skills and experience.
- Incentives: ₹90,000+ based on performance.
