Innovation Computer Store is looking for a skilled and responsible Computer Hardware Technician to join our technical support team. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, upgrading, assembling, installing, and maintaining computers, laptops, desktops, and related hardware.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair desktop computers, laptops, and PC hardware.
- Troubleshoot motherboard, RAM, SSD, HDD, SMPS, CPU, GPU, cooling and power-related issues.
- Assemble and configure custom and gaming PCs according to customer requirements.
- Install and upgrade RAM, SSD, HDD, graphics cards, processors and other components.
- Perform Windows installation, driver installation and basic software configuration.
- Troubleshoot laptop hardware problems including charging, display, keyboard, battery and overheating issues.
- Perform hardware testing and accurate fault diagnosis.
- Handle computer and laptop servicing, preventive maintenance and cleaning.
- Install and configure monitors, printers, UPS, networking devices and other peripherals.
- Assist with data backup, data migration and basic data recovery procedures.
- Provide technical support for customer computers and rental systems.
- Maintain proper records of repairs, replaced components and service status.




- Follow proper ESD and hardware safety procedures while handling components.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding technical problems, repair requirements and estimated costs.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Practical experience with desktop and laptop repair.
- Knowledge of motherboard components and hardware diagnostics.
- Experience in PC assembly and component upgrades.
- Knowledge of Windows installation, drivers and basic software troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, networking and peripheral devices.
- Ability to identify hardware faults systematically.
- Positive customer communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a technical team.

Preferred ExperienceExperience with computer repair, laptop repair, gaming PC assembly, refurbished computers, SSD/RAM upgrades, motherboard troubleshooting and IT equipment maintenance will be an advantage.
