TUBU is a premium out-door, jungle-themed café in Chandigarh, offering guests a unique dining experience surrounded by nature. We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible team members who enjoy hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating.
- Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and take orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages according to TUBU's service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
- Handle guest requests politely and promptly.
- Follow daily opening, closing, and service SOPs.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter, steward, or restaurant service team member is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- A friendly personality, team spirit, and sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food service, hygiene, and restaurant etiquette is an advantage.
