Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of Ajfan Dates & Nuts stores in the Telangana Region. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, sales management, inventory control, and customer service skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff to improve productivity and customer service.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, expiry dates, and product display.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, daily sales reporting, and cash reconciliation.
- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and product presentation standards.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Coordinate stock replenishment, purchase requirements,



and inter-store transfers.
- Monitor staff attendance, duty schedules, grooming, and discipline.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Ensure minimal product wastage, stock discrepancies, and operational losses.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail store management.
- Experience in dates, dry fruits, nuts, FMCG, or food retail will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sales operations, inventory management, and billing procedures.
- Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.
- Good communication, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS/billing systems and MS Excel.
- Willingness to work in retail shifts and be assigned to stores within the Telangana Region.
