Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage full-lifecycle recruitment for contract and contract-to-hire positions in the US market. You will source, screen, and submit qualified IT consultants across W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and 1099 tax terms while negotiating competitive pay rates and ensuring visa and compliance standards.

- End-to-End Recruitment: Handle full-lifecycle US IT recruitment from requirement analysis and sourcing to interview coordination, rate negotiation, and onboarding.

- Multi-Tax Sourcing: Source and recruit candidates under W2 (direct W2, H1B, OPT/CPT, GC, EAD) and C2C (Corp-to-Corp via third-party vendors, LLCs, or prime vendors) models.

- Vendor &
- Network Management:

Build and maintain robust relationships with C2C vendors, layer companies, and independent consultants to source hard-to-find technical talent quickly.

- Job Board &

- Boolean Sourcing:

Utilize job portals and search tools like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, JobDiva, and Indeed using advanced Boolean search strings.

- Visa &

- Compliance Verification:

Validate work authorization statuses (H1B transfers, Green Card, US Citizens, GC-EAD,



OPT, TN) and handle rate confirmations, Right-to-Represent (RTR) docs, and background/reference checks.

- ATS Management: Track submissions, interviews, and candidate pipelines accurately inside an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like JobDiva or Bullhorn.

Key Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing and technical recruitment.

- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with IT domains (e.g., Cloud/DevOps, Java, .Net, Data Engineering, Full-Stack development, SAP/Oracle) to properly vet candidate resumes.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English skills to connect with US-based hiring managers and candidates across US time zones (EST, CST, MST, PST).

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
