Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support our application development teams by driving Agile delivery, facilitating team ceremonies, and ensuring effective use of Azure DevOps (ADO) boards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable guiding multiple teams simultaneously. Agile certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies for multiple application development teams (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
- Manage and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) boards, ensuring work items, sprint backlogs, and dashboards are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with team priorities.
- Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs, ensuring clarity and readiness for upcoming sprints.
- Remove impediments and escalate risks or blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Coach teams on Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration.
- Track and report team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput) using ADO dashboards.
- Support cross-team coordination and dependency management across multiple workstreams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and iterative delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering leads, QA,



and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
- Adherence to HCA software development lifecycle standards

Education Experience

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting software/application development teams.

- Bachelor's preferred

Must Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience managing Azure DevOps (ADO) boards, queries, dashboards, and workflows.
- Proven ability to support and coordinate multiple Agile teams at once.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice to Have Skills

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in enterprise-level or large-scale Agile environments.
- Ability to analyze team data and recommend process improvements.
- Experience working in healthcare information technology

- Azure DevOps (ADO) experience Licenses, Certifications Training

- PMP preferred, but not required
- Agile Project Management and Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, etc.). preferred, but not required. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Behaviors
