Your mission: Own partnerships and drive Joyzen’s growth with healthcare organisations.
What you will do
- Lead conversations with hospitals, clinic groups and key decision makers
- Plan and execute the business development strategy
- Close larger partnerships and manage key accounts
- Guide and support the business development team
- Share regular progress reports with management
What we need
- 5+ years in business development, with a proven closing record
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Experience in healthcare or technology is preferred
