Role Description: Design, configure, code, test and deploy Salesforce solutions. Design and configure Salesforce solutions as per recommended best practices, scalability and performance expectations considering Salesforce system resources and limits.

Required Experience & Skills:

- 8-12+ years of overall IT experience with 7-8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Technical Lead role, owning solution design and leading development teams.
- Solid hands-on experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service and CPQ.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce Administration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model,



CRUD/FLS and governor limits.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce Agent Builder, Topics, Actions, Prompt Builder and Agent Script.
- Experience with Agentforce Vibes, Claude/AI-assisted development and MCP Servers.
- Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, Named Credentials and middleware.
- Experience with Salesforce CLI/SFDX, Git, CI/CD, Copado, Gearset or DevOps Center.
- Strong technical leadership, communication, problem-solving and mentoring skills.
