Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Manager is responsible for driving room and event revenue by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and managing corporate, leisure, and group sales accounts. Daily tasks include prospecting and meeting potential clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the reservations, front office, and events teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role involves monitoring market trends, participating in sales calls and property visits, representing the hotel at industry events, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for leadership.

Manager also collaborates with marketing to implement promotions and maintain a strong brand presence in local and regional markets.

Qualifications

- Solid sales and account management skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and negotiation.
- Experience in hospitality or related service industries, preferably in hotel sales or events.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze market data, prepare reports, and use CRM or sales management tools effectively.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Capability to work on-site, collaborate across departments, and maintain a professional, guest-focused attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Jaipur market and regional corporate and travel segments is an advantage.
- Comfort with basic IT tools, including email, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs and attend client meetings and events.
